Knitting - Our Basic Knit Class program of six, 90 minute sessions for only $75 is designed with service and flexibility in mind. The program is perfect for new knitters as well as knitters who want to refresh or improve their skills. Unlike programs that require you to make a specific item, our's allows you to select the project and the materials you wish to use . Working with the instructor in a one-on-one structure means you have plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you might have. Even more important is the scheduling flexibility: you need not come to class on consecutive weeks or even the same day of the week as long as you complete the 6 classes within 3 months. For more experienced knitters we will create a program specially designed to accomplish what you want to get out of the classes; come in with a list of objectives and we will help you accomplish them. You can bring in a pattern from a magazine or a garment that you want us to copy; but you must buy the yarn for your project from us. Special classes like Finishing, Entrelac, Socks, Hats and Felting are regularly scheduled (see below). We also provide free classes for full-time college, high and middle school students.

Finishing Class Want to dramatically improve your garment finishing skills or save money not having others do your finishing? Which ever reason you have to move forward, here is a special opportunity. Select from one of two class times [two, 90 minute sessions] to learn how to: measure your piece* [and make adjustments], pick up stitches, make perfect button holes,or install a zipper, and assemble your garment with mattress stitch and three-needle bind-off techniques. Crochet - Our Basic Crochet Class program is three, 90 minute sessions for $50. New crocheters will learn the basic techniques needed to successfully complete beginner projects.
